VIRTUAL: FULL BODY
Watch and feel your body transform. This class is designed to build strength from top to bottom, and both larger and smaller muscles.
VIRTUAL: AB FOCUS
The name says it all. Class will focus on the abdominal wall, the transverse abdominis (your body's built in corset), and your obliques.
VIRTUAL: PILATES HIGH
Class will combine elements from both Pilates and HIIT, and will definitely work up a sweat.
VIRTUAL: GUT & BUTT BUSTER
A strong core, and a lifted ass, what more do you want?!
REFORMER: TONE
A full body burner that will make your muscles happy, healthy and a helluva lot stronger than when you walked in.
REFORMER: HEAT
An athletic cardio-infused full body workout.
REFORMER: CORE
Find an increase in strength, definition and confidence during this ab focused workout.
REFORMER: CHILL
Stretch, release and chill the f out on the Reformer.
