Designed to strengthen the essential muscle groups necessary for the mechanics of running, and stretch the muscles runners tend to over work
Find an increase in strength, definition and confidence during this ab focused workout.
REFORMER: ACTIVE STRETCH
Stretch, release and chill the f*ck out on the Reformer.

All classes are 45 minutes.
All classes are subject to use of different props and equipment.
Classes are suitable for all fitness levels
Please provide a working email to receive your Zoom link for virtual classes.
There is a 4 hour cancellation/reschedule policy.
Please inform your instructor about any injuries or pregnancies.
Masks are required for all in-studio classes until further notice.
