VIRTUAL: FEEL BETTER!
Watch and feel your body transform. This class is designed to build strength from top to bottom, and both larger and smaller muscles.
 
VIRTUAL: ABS
The name says it all. Class will focus on the abdominal wall, the transverse abdominis (your body's built in corset), and your obliques. 
VIRTUAL: PILATES HIGH
Class will combine elements from both Pilates and HIIT, and will definitely work up a sweat.
VIRTUAL: ABS + ASS
This one speaks for itself. Mat-based class that targets glutes and core 
REFORMER: TONE
A full body burner that will make your muscles happy, healthy and a helluva lot stronger than when you walked in.
 
REFORMER: PILATES FOR RUNNERS
Designed to strengthen the essential muscle groups necessary for the mechanics of running, and stretch the muscles runners tend to over work
REFORMER: CORE
Find an increase in strength, definition and confidence during this ab focused workout.
 
REFORMER: ACTIVE STRETCH
Stretch, release and chill the f*ck out on the Reformer.

To keep our virtual and in person studio running as smoothly as possible, please note some of our policies:

  • All classes are 45 minutes.

  • All classes are subject to use of different props and equipment. 

  • Classes are suitable for all fitness levels

  • Please provide a working email to receive your Zoom link for virtual classes. 

  • There is a 4 hour cancellation/reschedule policy.

  • Please inform your instructor about any injuries or pregnancies. 

  • Masks are required for all in-studio classes until further notice.
